We offer a full credit return policy for product/s bought directly from 4U-Mobi within 30 days from shipment under the following terms and conditions.

We can only give refund if you receive defective product/s from 4U-Mobi and we can only replace defective product/s that are purchased from 4U-Mobi and we will not be liable for purchase of wrong product.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management. Please submit your Return of Merchandise Request here before sending your return to us. All returned product/s must be in their original packaging including manuals; accessories and etc. must be returned.

After receiving your Merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email to and refund the money to your credit card. The entire process takes about 4 to 6 weeks.
